They only get 1 star because the food was hot. From a service perspective they are in the negative. I ordered the Mexican pizza and taco supreme combo at the kiosk for dine-in because I saw a lady standing at the register and nobody would even make eye contact with her. Got my food, no utensils in the usual spot. Asked for some was told they were out. It's 12:05! How the heck you run out of utensils? Service could be a lot better
I've tried to go thru the drive thru a few times but they do weird stuff. I think they try to manipulate the clock somehow. Or the appearance of cars at the menu/ordering. It's never really busy but I always wind up waiting. Tonight I finally just drove off and when I passed the windows the ladies looked like they were having a heart to heart while holding up the walls. Just don't. I'm not even wasting my time explaining everything that goes wrong at this location.
I think the people in charge of this place must be sarcastic clowns. The point of a business is to grow revenue. So you would think if one thing sold a lot more than others you'd have more of it. Not with this bunch. They sell out of Dr. Pepper about every 2 weeks. There solution? Tell the customer that they are out. Let's not order more, because that would make to much sense. Couldn't have that in a multimillion dollar outfit!
