Charged for coffee they don’t have? Doesn’t want to give me a refund?? I asked for the refund and immediately attempts to refund me for the whole food instead of the drinks? I clarify I’d just like a refund for the drinks and there is aok types of asking if we just wanna get soda or juice. After I say I’m leaving, my mother then tries to reason with her to get the refund. This place is on my way home. After a late night of working hard, all you want is good food. Taco bell's food is good considering the price. But this branch is notorious for long lines at the drive thru, long waiting time. One night I waited 20+ minutes, 20 mins. To get my food. & when u ask the staff, no apologies, they say it's because of uber eats or doordash orders. Fast food shd not take this long, hence FAST FOOD!!! So frustrating. everytime i go in the drive thru i get asked to back up and pull forward again, this past time i went i was asked 2 seperate times. priority should be actually getting food out in a timely manner instead of focusing on false drive thru times for corporate

I had a good experience at Taco Bell 🌮,the food was great and the service was great the atmosphere was okay could of been better but it was okay.
