Waited for 8 mins with 2 cars ahead to even place my order...finally get to the speaker....the speaker box can't clearly hear me of course. To top it off, they handed me the wrong order. I got 2 regular tacos instead of my 2 chalupas and 1 soft taco. (How?) When I had to drive all the way back, they were rude about fixing the mistake and they gave me the correct order with 4 (cuatro) pieces of chicken between 2 Chicken Chalupas. That's disrespectful. Worst Taco Bell experience. Go anywhere else, i'm begging you.
I had a wonderful experience at Taco Bell thanks to the excellent service I received from Ann-Tonice She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the menu and products. She was able to answer my questions confidently and made sure I had everything I needed\. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, and their positive attitude really stood out\. She is definitely an asset to the Taco Bell team\!
I love the nacho cheese tacos 🌮 and there beef natural burrito 🌯! And a quick service
