I went through the drive through this morning, and I hate breakfast food so I don't usually get it, but I asked the man working to give me his favorite, and it was absolutely amazing! He looked to be working alone, but still gav great service! I personally was in a horrible mood, and so tired, it made my day a little better!
Me and my family went today to have some food. Its our first time to the location since moving to junction. We order and when it arrives to the table, i was missing a burrito. It not only took forever for someone to notice me, but they gave me attitude when i mentioned the mix up. Several orders for pickup get done and i never got my burrito. Had my son order chips & cheese with taco meat on them for me. The meat was dried out & they put shredded cheese on it instead of nachos cheese ( said they were out). I microwaved ot when they got home & it was cold. The cheese turned hard, which tells me it was not real cheese & they just dumped the meat in the middle so 3/4 of my chips were bare & would break if I tried to dip them in the dry & hard meat/cheese. My dog wouldn't eat it & she eats everything. But the diet pepsi was good lol.
Super unwelcoming. I understand it’s a fast food place that pays minimum wage but good lord have some freaking respect for people ordering their food. Also put some effort into getting it right i.e. don’t use stale taco shells for your food and when the customer orders the Doritos locos tacos USE THE DORITO SHELLS
