Lack of attention by staff, ordered my drink no ice. I had to remind them at the drive thru window how to read my order since my drink had ice in it. Lack of competence by management, ordered an Enchirito, ( enchilada covered in red sauce - not finger food) luckily I double checked my bag (no napkins, no utensils)I asked for a fork. Good overall experience, was 4th of July weekend but still has to be said that there was a long wait. Food was good, hair slopy but as busy as they were i can forgive that lol.
