Customer service horrible
I placed my order on DoorDash to be picked up. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have an order for me and directed me to try another Taco Bell. I showed her my app and that I was suppose to pick up at that location. So I left and went down the street to another Taco Bell and they didn’t have my order. I returned to the original location where I see my order sitting on a rack at the counter. She said we did fine your order and just walked away. I felt the situation could have been handled just a little bit professional.
