Music was BLASTING! Made me want to walk right out. Really bad atmosphere for customers. When I asked the manger about Turing it down she said she couldn’t because it wasn’t her store whatever that means.
Waited 10 min in drive thru was never greeted
One of the overnight crew seems extremely overwhelmed. 2 vehicles in the drive-through and one of the 2 employees (she told me her name was Keisha) was extremely rude, stomping around cussing, and giving unnecessary attitude. The other younger employee seemed scared of her. Keisha even physically pushed the younger employee out of the way at one point. I just needed a quick snack so I'll popped in grab a couple of tacos and was on my way quickly I try not to eat at fast food places but the service and the way I was treated and the food was just right it was not Gourmet but I wasn't expecting Gourmet good job Taco Bell
I was just there with no line at the drive thru, and was super polite asking how were the new nacho fries to the cashier and she said she never tried them (fair) i asked to add an order to my current order and i see her asking if she could and the manager wanted me to drive around again to do this with nobody around. I was nice and friendly but apparently that gets you nowhere these days. It’s cool. This is why people are mean. There is no customer service anymore. Not worth it.
