The last 3 times I've come to this location I have gained an insight as to how stupid humans have become. Please just close this location for the good of all humanity
Got my order to go last night, service was great and fast. Before I done at the kiosk ordering they were handing me a cup for my soda. Quick, attentive, and polite. Great vibe, good energy from the staff at a peak time during the day.
They screwed up every single part of our order
Going to the drive through and the lady taking my order sighs after we couldn't understand her mumbling. Then proceeds to throw the food in the bag and immediately leaves to do something else. Got our order wrong and there was no lunch rush, no excuses. We go back in and she corrects the order thankfully. Overall messy store, sloppy food, bad customer service and energy..
Food is disgusting, and the restaurant was filthy, and the service was nowhere to be found. It took over 40 minutes to order and receive 2 bean and cheese burritos and watched them ignore the lobby, and the drive-through continued to receive their orders before I got 2 burritos.
