Ruined my beefy 5 layer with unrequested Pico througout the ENTIRE BURRITO. If they could screw this up, they could've jeopardized my partner's religious beliefs by accidentally adding Beef instead of chicken. Speaking off, he ordered a burrito with chicken instead of beef. But instead there was barely any chicken and it was packed with beans instead.
Ordered a chicken burrito, got only beans. Ordered Beef Burrito and they added things that were not ordered to it. The cinnamon treats barely had any cinammon. I was lucky that I had tbe beans paste and not the beef by their accident, as it would've harmed my religious beliefs.
They Favorite orders and delay online orders, night shift staff has friends come in and they get prioritized, people came in after us and got their food first. Worst Taco Bell experience, something needs to be done.
Closed (probably longer) 40 minutes before they were supposed to tonight, and get the orders barely half the time.
