We've been consistent customers here since we moved out to Goodyear in November. No complaints until tonight. We used the app and had our food delivered. The food was missing all customizations and cold. The driver was weird and horrible. When she delivered it she looked into my ring camera and said "you're going to eat this shit" all our sauces were missing and multiple burritos were missing. Horrible experience. I was charged twice and guy in the parking lot taking orders messed up both my daughter and I's food. He charged me outside and told me my card was declined which was impossible. Then I got charged a second time. Now I'm having to go down there today to get charges reversed.
Placed an order on the app. My husband went to pick it up and they told him it wasn’t ready. When he went back in to check on the order they told him it got canceled because it wasn’t paid for. When my husband tried to show the worker the bank statement he said “I don’t need to see anything.” The proceeded to make the order and gave us the wrong food and no sauce. Poor customer service. Way overpriced for the quality of the food.
