I order the #6 meal with an extra drink and two nacho fry’s. They gaved me 3 dollar tacos ! I kept calling and the guys kept disconnecting the phone! Wasting my time and my money on these you youngsters who don’t even care about the quality and service for this restaurant. I asked for the manager when I went back! Manager ignored me. The guy who took my order refused to give me my receipt. And process to close the window on me. After 4 years of going here off and on they have only gotten our order right a handful of times. After craving Taco Bell and giving it a shot tonight Not only was the drive through extremely slow but the ordered surprise surprise was wrong again.
I just left the drive thru and the old white guy at the window was super rude! Only said one word to me as he basically threw the food in my face
Went in and waited, nobody was manning the desk. After a while of two employees looking one says the kiosks have no wait. I replied "I don't work here". I asked if anyone could help us? I think it was the owner says to me "don't you know how to use a kiosk?" I told him "No" then started the excuses, I don't know what he was babbeling about but I did catch "I am short staffed" as if that was my problem.
