What is up honestly with all these places and their apps. Tried to use them because it is really the only way to get the thing I want. But theres never anybody at the counter anymore to talk to if something isn't right. You have to invade what the people prepping everybody elses meals to get help. It always says my shit is ready before it is. What was by far the best Taco bell in the area has really gone down hill. 20 plus minute wait times now. They asked us to park while we waited. After 20 mins went inside to see what was taking so long, no one would even acknowledge we plus 3 other people was waiting at the counter to talk to someone.
