Waited here for an hour, vegetarian items had meat, double charged on my order, watched 6-7 cars back out of the drive thru. 5 employees on the clock and not a single one sober

I picked up a delivery to order for Dopr Dash here on Tuesday, August 26th during lunch rush. When I got there I was told that it hasn’t been started yet because it “was a hefty order.” Ok. After a while of waiting I was told they were having fryer issues. While I understand that they were having issues with their fryer (which wasn’t told to me until I’d been waiting 30 minutes), there still was no excuse for my wait. The worst Taco Bell in the area. Made a mobile order, the drive thru was blocked off. Went inside and told they were “out of chips” for part of my order and I was not offered any of the other items from my order. Then told that I had to cancel through the app even though they were the ones cancelling the order by not making it or offering substitutions. They were clearly done working for the night even though it was only 10pm and they close at 12am.

The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make up for simple mistakes (such as forgetting the nachos). The portions of beans and potatoes on the tacos were the perfect amount, they did not skimp on the ratios like most taco bells do!! Amazing location

I would like to say Malik made my experience at this location very satisfying !! He assured me that he will fix my order. I got the wrong taco and he fixed it immediately with gratitude. Please give him a raise.
