Wasn’t spoken to for 15 minutes as I stood at the counter. Only one other family in there and they had already ordered. Saw my food sit on the counter for said 15 minutes because it was a mobile order. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before and know that the DLT supreme tacos and soft taco supremes can become mushy in that time so I asked for it to be remade they were upset about that and only remade the soft taco and didn’t put sour cream in the order.
Make sure put somone know how tacke order and don’t play on phone. When u at window
Awesome
Great customer service, Stephanie really helping me out making sure that my order was corrected after I've made a mistake. I really appreciate it
