I came in around 7:30 pm, which is over 5 hours before closing time, for an order on the app but they said they had ran out of the food. This wouldn’t be such a big deal but this happens EVERY time I go past like 6 pm. I obviously asked for a refund so they told me to do it through the app because they can’t do it in the store but I swear I’ve been able to get refunded for the same issue before, they could’ve changed rules however.
