I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, they had an attitude and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this location really needs to work on how employees interact with people. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

On June 15, I visited Taco Bell to ask if they were hiring. A young employee was very kind and went to ask a manager for me. Unfortunately, when the manager responded, he came across as rude and dismissive. He first told me the store was closed with an attitude, and when I asked about hiring, he abruptly said “no.” He then waved me off, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Ordered a lux box that was 5 dollars on the app and they chatged 15?!! customer service sucked didnt even let me finish saying what drink i wanted before she started making it. Couldnt even wrap a burrito correctly 😭😭

I had 8$ but the meal costed 9$ which i didn’t know i gave them the 8$ thinking it was enough and they took it but didn’t give me my food and when i asked for my money back they said i needed a receipt but they never gave it to me and even when i showed them the payment on my phone they didn’t give me my money back

Place an order for food The lady decided to take cash after and then make my food with her gloves then they lied saying she wasn’t touching food the man got nasty and threw away my food refunded me DISGUSTING attitude and service
