They were off to rough start when opening but I’m guessing they changed management/staff because they now very clearly care. They make it known they want to get the food right and made in reasonable time. Food is now always on point! Very pleased with the new update!
I go to the drive thru and it’s closed at 6pm. They tell me to come inside. Once inside you order on the computer then I wait to pay cash with cashier. Well I have to wait. Minutes later the nice lady who can’t operate the register asks her manager to help me, by taking my cash. She says ok and walks away, after a few more minutes the manager continues to do whatever she’s doing while no one is making my food because it’s not paid for!!! Best taco bell in railegh!
Service was quick and the restaurant was pretty clean, though we came early in the morning. There was a bit of a mess in the bathroom, but nothing much, just some spilled water on the floor. The complaint with the food is that it was a bit burned, other than that though it was a decent experience.
