I placed an online order and messed up by sending it to the wrong store. Not to worry Jessica (the manager) and her team jumped right to action. Jessica called the store I sent the order to and had them void my order while her team made the order I placed. It's not often that a fast food place steps up like Jessica and her team did at the Glenwood location. Many thanks to Jessica and her team for the great customer service.
Food was okay, could be better but cashier rung the wrong order after waiting.Also told me they refuse to make fresh fries because they have a 30 min holding time. Then, The cashier was literally FaceTiming someone and talking to them while taking my money in drive thru amd ignoring my request. The Manager was being rude and he mocking other customers I wish I had recorded it, while the crew was joking around. I've been here a couple of times and the food has been served exactly the way I wanted it. Great Taste and great service.
