Registers aren’t used they yell everybody’s name out. Tray with food was placed next to manager’s feet while he was repairing something in ceiling panels standing on counter even though counter is nearly 10 feet long.
I’m very disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, an AI system initially took my order. Then a man began speaking, but I could barely understand him. A different employee then came on the speaker, confirmed my order, asked if everything was correct, and I told her it was. Ordered chicken chulupa combo, cold, dried up chulupa tortilla, meat cold, just nasty. Spent 15. For the money, they gone downhill. Actually threw away the 2nd chulupa chicken and went to schlotzskys....
Good service, very clean.
