This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this specific Taco Bell. I believe she’s a shift leader, which is sad, but Keysee was super rude to us in the drive thru last time we came and I let it slide. Today she decided to be funny and give us a totally melted “freeze” it was literally water. It was 4 dollars wasted and I didn’t feel it was worth it going in there to fight with her about it so I just left. She is super rude all the time.
