I love Taco Bell overall, but this location seems to struggle a lot with order accuracy. They very seldom if ever include all the items ordered. For example, I had a quite large mobile order, I understand, but we were missing a chalupa, a Cinnabon delight 12 pack, and a chips for the chips and cheese. Idk if it’s the time of day or what, being after 8 pm, but y’all gotta get it together.
Worst store ever. I am pure vegetarian and I ordered food and guess what i got beef taco and chicken burritoo which i didn’t even ordered. I have mentioned i want all veggiee and no sour cream but still I got sour cream on both my chalupas and even more it was not even freah because it was so cold looks like it was somebody’s else’s order which is old and removed things and gave it to me. it's been a long time since I ordered a supreme burrito and I have to say I was disappointed in it. but then everything's gone to shit in this world
On mother's day I picked up the order, the little girl told me to bring the food to my car and come back for the drinks because they were out of drinks holders. I politely asked for 2bags for the drinks and the manager said they never had anyone to ask for anything like that. They both harassed me and followed me to the door shouting threatening me with the little one recording me. I will not visit the store anymore 😒 😑
