was at window for at least 14 mins long i paid for the order and they asked me 2 times after that what was my order what was my order the person at window didn’t even apologize for the wait instead gave attitude like its my fault this place has bad crew members who don’t put effort

Now Taco Bell comes on we’re paying for food but you’re just out here skimping ppl . Food is absolutely nothing like what is advertised

If you go to this location expect a 20 minute wait in the drive thru no matter what time of day. Like seriously, the service here is so slow I could walk to the Target down the street and back and my order probably still wouldn’t be ready. When your order is ready, your food is thrown at you without a single word. 3 stars though because my order is correct and fresh every time I come.

Not only was the delay unacceptable, but the staff was also completely unprofessional and rude. No updates, no apologies—just bad attitude and terrible customer service. If you’re going to make customers wait this long, at least have the decency to communicate properly. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place unless you enjoy waiting endlessly for cold food and dealing with employees who don’t care.
