Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru just to pay, so I eventually left.
I was trying to make an order and the person who supposed to help me was in the diner room using her phone and wen she saw me waiting she told me to used the self order computer because she was busy on her phone …. But if I was waiting for her is because that is her job

We ordered through the kiosk and was waiting to pay in cash. We waited 20 minutes with no sign of anyone coming to the front for payment. When we called out to someone in the back they were on their phones. They looked up and heard us but didn't care. Tried to be sympathetic since there was only 2 people. The floor was sticky, the trash overfilled, and filthy tables.
