There's no one to take orders at the counter, I was struggling with the extremely hard kiosk yelled for help twice and the workers were just on another planet. Not one person offered any assistance. I walked out and had to go to a more inviting restaurant, I'll never go back

The girl working the drive thru on 12/20 around 7 pm at the Beau Rivage location... You rocked it tonight! Even though it was an overly busy night and you were running out of stuff you kept your cool and stayed friendly to us guests. Very impressive!
Just waited at the drive thru for almost five minutes, said hello are you open? No response. Place is horrible terrible customer service no response from anyone. Never go back. Went back today big difference compared to a few years ago, must have new management. Tacos were fresh and delicious. Staffing much friendlier I can tell the prisoners are no longer running the prison. 11,6,25
