waiting in line for 45 min in a drive thru is crazy
I'm a regular customer here, but there really needs to be some change done to this place. Most issues come from the absolute refusal for to do the bare minimum customer service. Service is slow at night, I understand that. The app lets us know when our order is ready for pickup so it's easy to shop somewhere else while you wait. I understand the kiosk is there for taking orders, so you do not have a cashier to manage the front. Rude staff, and they rarely get my order right.
Food was good, but they gave me the wrong food for my order. Suppose to have beef on my chalupas but they gave me chicken on them. No sauces or napkins.
EXTREMELY rude staff. Sorry you’re miserable and CHOSE to sling fast food for a living. I’m never going back to this location.
