No people working the counter to take an order. Left & got lunch service elsewhere. This location seems to be self serve or drive through.
We came and we gave our order twice. Someone else came on the intercom and asked us to place the order again so we drove up to the window. She gave us an attitude the whole time. Asked us to pull to the front to wait so we did and they gave us no sauce even though we asked. We drove back around and she closed the window in our face. As a former taco bell employee and 6+ years service employee, im a bit disappointed in the service.
Horrible, horrible customer service. Every single time I go to this location, the order is wrong upon receiving it. This time was the worst experience yet. Wife and I decided to pick up some food from the drive thru. First problem... the male employee working the drive thru could barely speak English. I could barely understand him, and he could obviously barely understand me. One star because that's the only way I can leave a review. Went here to pick up a quick bite service was crap and the food looks like it was thrown at a wall would not recommend this Taco Bell now don't get me wrong I know it's Taco Bell and I don't expect a five-star dining experience but you know everybody should take a little pride in their work.
