Ordered online for pickup. Got there and ‘lobby closed’ was on door. 7pm on a Saturday. Made me go to drive-thru. 30 min wait. Unreal
My grill cheese burrito had no meat in it…just cheese and rice…I went back through drive thru and the lady told me we put meat in it..may not have been the amount you wanted but it’s in there…lady don’t play with me….I know what meat looks like. I order the same thing every single time…
Employees came in on their off day and brought a hamster into the store which is obviously not a service animal. They let it walk around. My partner said something to them about not bringing non service animals into a restaurant and their excuse was "oh, we work here."
