Guy at the window has a ear bud in one and his window headset in the other. Ask him questions would not respond. Also ordered a meal they were out of large cups and didn't answer the question. We had to overhear it from another employee helping someone else at the counter!!! Dont go to this one go to Taco Bell on 136!!
This is absolutely one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. If you mobile order, go through the drive thru or you’ll wait 45 minutes in the lobby and they’ll forget about you. Honestly the only good thing about this location is that they tend to get the order right the majority of the time. But the service is terrible. It’s almost like there’s never a manager there.
absolutely so disappointing. How hard is it to follow directions? Directions you are TRAINED to FOLLOW? Every time I want a grilled cheese burrito this thing is done up with all nasty ingredients. Not a grilled cheese burrito…. They aren’t $3 they are $6-7. To have every single one wrong from this location is absurd! Do better.
Very busy at drive thru even though I did mobile order. Employee Armani was amazing! She apologized for the delay and offer us a free drink for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service! Food was good too! Didn't skimp on the portion.
Better experience now that they are really trying to compete on combo meals
