I picked food up from with in the store and located a half smoked cigarette butt in my bag of food when I called the store to complain was told by the manager they don’t smoke there and neither does my family this is the nastiest Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life will never go back and for the safety of your health don’t eat there DISGUSTING !!! I can only give them a 1 but I would give them a negative 10 if I could and will be letting everyone in Joelton know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The particular location is garbage, I don't recommend if you're looking for quick or edible food. The people seem nice but it's taken well over a week to process my refund so the niceness doesn't really help the experience. Would 100% drive ten miles out of the way to go to the Springfield location instead which says something if you've been.
