I ordered a chicken cantina bowl ORDER#912126 and it showed up with no chicken!!! And the rice was hard and stale!!! What the heck TACO BELL tried calling twice rang for 5 min each time no answer. Who’s working there??? I want a refund
I often come through the drive thru for dinner for my 3 boys. I must give kudos to Emily, and staff for their amazing service. Having to handle dinner for 3 rowdy boys is a lot! I also want to give a shout out to the girl with the prettiest eye shadow ever, she is such a sweetheart.
Got some Taco Bell for dinner and got food poisoning from it. Been in pain and throwing up for days! I can not eat or drink anything without throwing up, also didn’t have any instance and had to go to the ER. Gave the manager a call, but she wasn’t there and the staff said they would give me a call back and I was going to give them a chance to make it right, or at least aware that their food was contaminated but they didn’t care to reach out
