I was redeeming points so I ordered nachos with cheese and 2 tacos without cheese. The order taken entered Nacho Fries and when she asked was the order correct, I said "OH, not Nacho Fries just regular nachos ". Someone else chimes in saying , " you wanted Nacho Bell grande, Nacho blah blah, Nacho blah blah ma'am we have several types of nachos while you getting smart". I don't know what was wrong with that individual, outside of them having a hearing problem. I didn't even want food from here at this point.
The worker in the drive thru said she was doing "tacotastic" and then wished me a "burritoful" day. I love her. Also this location always gets my order right which is nice because I'm vegan AND diabetic and my food is kinda complicated.
Visited this Taco Bell around 1:30 AM and had a really disappointing experience. We weren’t holding up the line or being difficult, but the person taking our order was incredibly snappy and told us they were “about to close” — even though we paid by 1:35 AM. The energy from the staff was completely unprofessional.
