I've had some pretty bad taco bell experiences but never such bad service that made me not want to go back to that location until here. Impressive really.
I arrived at the drive-through around 12:40 AM, even though the posted hours indicate they’re open until 2:00 AM. Unfortunately, the location was already shut down, which was frustrating and misleading. Additionally, drive-through lane, including a hammer that I nearly ran over with my car. This raises concerns about safety Better communication of operating hours and improved cleanliness would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.
