Only doing uber and door dash past a certain hour is the most bs lazy cop out excuse to not take customers coming through the drive through late at night.

Man. If you close the drive-thru to everyone but online orders, you've got to signpost that somewhere before the fully concrete-enclosed drive-thru line. Got stuck waiting for like 20 minutes just now, only to get turned away. Midnight on a Friday night and I have to have the faculties about me to think to order ahead? At a Taco Bell?
I ordered a Mexican pizza they sent me a bean pie that I didn't ask for they remind me of Wendy's on carpenter must can't read never ordering again.
Maybe I have had unicorn experiences at this location, but my only complaints have been forgetting sauces and a long wait. Might be that I am typically stopping during non-busy hours, but still. The wait time issue could be fixed if they could somehow find a way to have an exit lane. Not sure of their names, but there are a couple people who work the drive thru that are genuinely some of the nicest people ever. Taco Bell food is taco bell food but I’ve never had a disgusting or cold item from this location yet.
