Absolutely pathetic. I ordered on 04/24 just before 3am and somehow still experienced the slowest, most incompetent service imaginable. No cars in line, yet it took forever just to get a response at the drive-thru. What exactly was happening back there team-building exercises? Then I get told to pull forward and sit there for another 15–20 minutes like I signed up for a social experiment. My step daughter placed an order online and went into the restaurant and she sat for an hour I went up there and asked for a manager and this guy came up and said he was a manager. I explained that she just ordered a taco and twist. The guy said he would make her the taco and he came back with the wrong order and I said well I want her money back. I understand that working late can cause lapse of judgement. But waiting 45 minutes to have an incorrect order plus not getting a receipt because I was too busy asking someone for the drinks that supposed to come with combo. Furthermore, was never given any mild sauce or hot sauce to go with the meal. Paid about $39 just to get shafted on sauce and to add insult to injury all my pregnant wife wanted was some Taco Bell with Doritos locos tacos supreme.
