If I could give zero stars, I would. I do Uber Eats deliveries and every time I come to this Taco Bell, the customer service is non-existent. I stand right at the counter under the “Order Pick-Up” sign, and nobody acknowledges me. No “do you have an order?” nothing. The employees are all in the back, completely ignoring customers and drivers alike. I often wait far longer than I should for the food to be ready, and no one updates me or checks in. Got ten tacos, as an old friend use to say when I asked how food was "it'll make a turd". They were soft at the bottom and fell apart when eating. Employees were clean and professional. Shame they don't make food to order anymore. Taco bell was way better when I was a kid (80s-90s).
Unfortunately bad customer service, ladies working seem upset. Food order was wrong.
