slowest taco bell ever, whoever the worker was tonight is the slowest person ever. no one else in line and my food takes 15 minutes. i would give a 0 star rating if i could
I ordered a crunch wrap, and my shell was hard. I didn’t have time to go back through the line so I only ate a little bit of it,
The staff is hard-working and friendly but there is next to no meat (whether it be ground beef or chicken) in any of the menu items that should have a good healthy portion. So, you really aren't getting what you pay for here.
i had to submit 3 contact forms over cold soggy food that wasn’t even prepared correctly just to receive a generic response email with a $5 coupon in return from a bot. a $5 coupon over an incorrect $30 order is terrible customer service and the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced i was never even contacted by an actual human and my first 2 support requests were never responded to. so disappointing.
place is trash.. waited a long time for a simple order... then was told the fryer was broke.... this place is buns
