Horrible Taco bell never get my food right, slow and they do not care or listen. I had to go there twice to correct my food. Attitudes suck, No Actual customer service. One person named Jason ineich, he was Super helpful and it seems like he payed attention and was very kind. Get new employees except jason.
The food is great but this is the SLOWEST service I have ever seen in my entire life. My food was said to be done and ready but come to find out it was NOT. They just began making 20 minutes later after EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the restaurant stood at the front and checked in. I love Taco Bell but I can’t do this. This is ridiculous. Please get better service that reflects the quality of food. Disappointing.
Its taco bell. Nothing new
Been here multiple times now lately, and every time wasnt prepared for no napkins, and no sauces. Only noticed because i got them the last time going there and totally forgot that they usually ask you if you want any haha. No long of wait times, but seems like theyre short staffed. Cashier offered her helpful knowledge while ordering but im just too indecisive, still didn't feel rushed to make my order quick.
I'm from Texas and have been to Syracuse a few times and I can tell you this is the worst fast food location I have ever been to here. While I was ordering the girl in the drive thru cut me off and blatantly told be "I can't take your order at the moment". Extremely rude. It almost seemed like she was forced to work there. I would avoid this location at all cost!
