Car in front of me got to order normally, but when I got to the window... all of a sudden they were "only taking mobile orders" and that even if I did order it in the app it will "maybe or maybe not" be ready at the window. Wasted gas money waiting in line, I wish I jumped the curb because it wasn't worth wasting my time there. Isn't it illegal to refuse cash as a form of payment and force users to pay on an app instead in New York State when you operate as a restaurant? This Taco bell sucks customer service wise, we were waiting to cash out and no one came to help us until one of us yelled out for help. It's a mess back there, food was all over the floor. Disgusting. They walk right by you knowing you're waiting at the counter. Instead they're eating the food back there while they're "working." The only one who really seemed like she was busy was Passion I think her name was and Mike. Fire everyone else. Make them manager if they're not.
