Arrived at about 6:30pm and left at 7:05 for a takeout order I placed in the kiosk inside, had to wait roughly 40 minutes for my food despite. There being 6 employees behind the counter, the one I assumed to be the manager seemed competent at least taking charge, employees didn't seem to have very much motivation from what I observed which is fair for a taco bell, despite that a 40 minute wait is ridiculous and on top of that I never saw anyone change there gloves a single time after touching other things besides food produc... read more
I've been sitting in line in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes now and there was only three cars ahead of me
My fault for not looking in the bag but damn, 3 out of 4 items missing and the one item was also wrong.
