Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I waited for 50 minutes in the drive thru at 10pm, only to be given the complete wrong order. Then when we called about it, the woman who answered the phone said “there’s nothing we can do” THEN HUNG UP WITHOUT LETTING ME SAY ANYTHING ELSE. You need new crews this is wild and ridiculous especially since I was refused a refund AT 11 PM THEY WANTED ME TO COME BACK SO THEY COULD “confirm the wrong order.” I will NEVER be going to this Taco Bell again.
Well here we are again at this drive thru on a Thursday Night around 10 pm and I actually had to call into the store to speak with a manager after waiting 30 mins before the worker on drive thru even spoke to ask for my order. The Manager "Jenifer" said oh we're busy! He'll imagine tht and these folks get paid 15 to 20$ hourly now, what a joke! Went into the place to order food, we was not even acknowledged at all, other then the bad looks we got from the employees, and felt just completely ignored. Went to the closest Taco Bell and got the best service. Do better.
Great location! Consistent portion sizes, custom online orders are always correct, the drive through line moves quickly, and the staff is nice.
