Seriously how hard is it to throw the right ingredients in a bowl twice? You did one correctly. Just terrible...
Every time I attempt to eat here it's a disaster. It doesn't matter how many times you repeat your order or how many times they repeat it back to you, you aren't going to get what you ordered or it's going to be inedible. I don't know what is keeping them in business. I'd rather go to Arby's, tonight just solidified that for me. I got prehistoric chalupas that I'm sure David could have used to take out Goliath. Absolutely awful. I was mid ordering and the starts laughing with coworker and makes me restart ordering. Then proceeds to not be at the window to pay and I wait 20 minutes just to pay. The service is always sub par but you can’t expect much with a Taco Bell. But this was next level awful.
Fast service, good food, and even patient when I asked questions.
March 2026 Update: Walked into Taco Bell and saw a sign on the register that basically said they don't sell anything anymore. You can literally walk in there RIGHT NOW and order a crunch wrap, a flatbread, a dorito loco, fries, a grilled cheese burritos, and a baha blast and you absolutely won't get any of it. Oh, and refunds aren't possible either after you refuse all the substitutions. Guys... owners... whoever... this was my first visit to Taco Bell in a year... and if you can't do any better than this then why try at all... read more
