Use to like taco bell but this location isn't great sometimes.
Consistently poor service across the board. God forbid you go to this taco bell, especially in the evening, they will treat you like placing even the most basic order is an affront to society and nature. Literally every time I have come to this place, I have been disappointed one way or another. Went in the drive-through not too long ago for nacho fries, they let me place the order only to tell me they don't have fries. Another time, they didn't even season the fries. The most lazy, incompetent, rude, and disrespectful staff I have ever experienced at any restaurant. Night shift has the worst attitude, I find it hard to tell if they mess up orders on purpose or if they are really that incompetent.
I just went through to get some lunch and after she’s done ringing me up she hits the round up button for a donation without asking me when I ask the manger about she was being rude and snappy with me she like the girl said it was an accident I’m like why did you not take it off then if you seen you hit the button I wasn’t trying to be rude but that’s stealing money from people exactly why I hate going there and on top of it my order was wrong asked for no tomatoes and they did that but didn’t put sour cream and hardly anyth... read more
Sad. Just sad. I am incredibly sad. Because I know taco bell can be good. Taco bell can be great even. Sometimes it's 10 p.m. and you've had a long day, and the only thing that can make it better is a chicken quesadilla and nacho fries. You go and place the order and they wait until you get to the window to let you know they ran out of fries hours ago.
