He Didn't know the menu, so I paid more and my order was messed up and I waited for 20 minutes to get a single item and a drink because the coworkers were arguing and messing around in the back. Has to repeat myself multiple times as he was to busy yelling and other people to talk to the customer

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and it came with no beef, I ordered a loaded nacho box and it came with no beef and only chips with sour cream. I ordered two extra sauces and a large sweet tea and didn’t get any of those items. About 15 bucks worth of food I ordered and did not receive. I ordered two softshell chicken tacos and got cold beef tacos with little to no beef on them. I ordered black beans to add on and didn’t receive those.
