Never any ice
Do not eat at this place after 3pm. The night manager Cameron is incompetent. Food quality isnt just bad, its disgusting. Cold beef, the red strips taste like bleach, 8 dollars for 4 chicken STRIPS and this guy gives me 4 half dollar size nuggets, one of them pure breading. I must've spend over 30 dollar for "extra shredded cheese" across mutliple orders that lve never received. Im done with this place. WORST taco bell in the amherst location. The staff was incredibly courteous and kind and even helped me avoid a food allergy 10/10
They need to widen drive thru. So u can leave. 20 minutes and they waited on one car. Absolutely crazy
