Honestly disappointing. Fries are so hard and cold with the container not even full, and chicken is so over cooked it’s like jerky. Genuinely disgusted, on top of them making us wait for the food it should have been done right.
Worst taco bell, I have ever been to....either your order is incorrect or they ran out of something or its slop when you open bag, and go to eat it. Or they ran out of sauce or don't give you any after you had asked for it. Seems like you can't find good help anymore? But their quick to ask you to round up your bill. This is the one that is on Oak Point rd and Rt 2 in Amherst. Fairly new place but it needs work. I don't recommend it.
I told myself about 2 years ago I would never go to Taco Bell again because their food has fallen below standard quality.... They're so big My review will not impact them at all.... You get about a teaspoon of meat in their tacos, their chicken quesadilla is miniscule for $7...8 no way! I tried their chicken tenders, I should have taken pictures...
