Bought a drink to use the bathroom. The bathroom (paywalled with codes) was full of poop. The other one was occupied but they actually don’t have signs for that just the code so you can walk in on anyone
To whom it may concern. If you put my tacos upside-down in the bag so when someone goes to grab it everything slips out into the bag or the floor. Again. You'll regret the consequences of your actions
Employees need to be trained to be more polite and also mobile ordering processes. I went to pick up an online order and stated such at the speaker box but was then asked for a code (which you don’t need for mobile orders) then was told at the window (rudely) I don’t need to give a code for mobile orders (which I’m aware of, he asked me!). Also, they have a wasp problem at their speaker box!!
