Constantly running late. Constantly understaffed. Food occasionally arrives either disorganized and thrown in the bag, or just not there at all through delivery orders.
found a roach in my food, i called they ignored me for over a over, this was through the taco bell app, i try to contact support they ignore me when i finally do get through they offer to remake or hang up. currently in contact with the BBB they don’t know who they are talking to, but they will find out. i am a member, and im also a manager in my health inspecting office in greensboro. you truly just had to refund me, but you’ve made it personal by hanging up on me after a hour of trying to just get in contact with a manager... read more
