I placed an order with Uber Eats on 10/29/25 around 7:30 pm. I asked for Diablo Sauce which is usually not put in the order even when you request it and they gave sauces that were all stuck together with dried old sauce that has just been sitting out. For the sauce to be that dry means it had been there for awhile and instead of using common sense to just throw it away they served it to a paying customer. Ordered something through the drive through and waited about a hour to get my order
How does it take 30 mins to make 3 items when the food is premade and vegetables are diced! On top of that you don’t get what you ordered. Employees stand around looking like they are so lost in life!! If I was the owner I would be so damn embarrassed. Can’t see this place staying open for much longer!!
