I won’t come back to the Taco Bell, had a few wrong orders, didn’t expect them to be fixed because it was a week after it happened. Advised the manager of the issue, rather then taking accountability for the past mistakes and current mistakes. Idk, why ppl rate Taco Bell so low
Where do I start? First they have moved to AI to take our orders at the drive thru, that didn’t go well! Then I paid for a double up Nacho Bell Grande and truly wonder what it would have looked like if I hadn’t doubled up! The drive thru cashier was like a robot herself. She didn’t even ask if I wanted sauce! When I asked for fire sauce she rudely snatched my bag from my hand in the window then shoved it back at me. Somebody Sharted on the trash can, and one of the people working there was looking at Hatsune Miku Porn (a sixteen year old girl by the way!), food was good, I just hated everything else.
