Out of the last 10 orders i have placed through Uber, this Taco Bell has failed to get them right. Something as simple as reading a list and placing those items in the bag is too difficult for the staff. Management needs to fire the entire crew and start over. Do not order from this store. I have ordered twice now and both times the food was not how I ordered it. The food was decent. So I'll give three stars. But you left out my Cinnabon bites, and you didnt fill up my 3$ nachos fries. And the fries are a small serving to begin with. So you have a bunch of room for improvement.
This place is terrible. The food could be handled a lot better, but who we fooling, right? And the bathrooms are a disgrace, not sure now with the lobby being shut down. Also Management sucks here. Brandi is very high & mighty. She’s the area manager I believe & power just goes to her head. I shouldn’t have to wait long periods of time for 5 items. Not when 2 lines are suppose to be open.
