Never once have I received my food correctly, how do you only get 1/5 drinks correct?

I went at night at around 10 and the people were nice the service was fast and the food was very good only thing was that the crunch wrap I ordered had very little meat and a lot of lettuce but it was still good and I would not condemn anyone for it. Also I’m very sad taco bell no longer has fries i wish they brought back the fries.
