These employees were working under terrible conditions. It was storming so hard the power in the entire area went off and on several times. Yet, even with power out, these customer service representatives met the task of preparing a truly fine dinner in the dark. With high spirits, great service and outstanding care for their customers safety, they still prepared the best food I've ever had at a Taco Bell.
LJ is the best! His customer service is amazing! They were out of sweet tea, so he let us know of their new Fresca teas and they were great!
