This is more of a review for a specific employee rather than the whole restaurant, although I don’t think I’ve ever been dissatisfied with my order at this location. Most mediocre place in Leb ngl. The staff arnt necessarily rude as far as Ive experienced.Theres one smaller girl with dark hair whos genuinly so sweet and a great to see. But everyone else seems to just hateeee their job? Theyre all pretty dismissive and just dont care for what theyre getting PAID to do, and its pretty embarrassing. When visiting Tennessee we always go to eat at Chili's usually it's the Cookeville one we go to this time it was Lebanon and was seriously disappointed with the food at the ribs were dry hardly anything in the quesadillas at all I will not be going back to this location they have great food normally but they need to pay more attention at this location to the quality they're giving out
