This Taco Bell messes up everything, not just your order. And they don't have half the menu they display. Update: it's gotten slightly better but it's still pretty bad. Update 2: I didn't think it could get any worse, but today is probably the worst it's been. Customer service has improved tenfold but they forgot half my order. Didn't give me the main Crunchwrap in a box, and didn't give me two of my tacos.
I don't understand how you can hand a bag out the window without any napkins or sauce as ordered. It's like you dont even care. My last 3 trips here... First, drove off and didn't look in the bag. Got to the park to eat lunch, no napkins at all. Second, checked bag, had napkins. Went to eat lunch again and bam!!! Wrong burritos, ordered 2 double beef and got bean instead. Third and last time. Ordered food for 2 and got shorted a double beef.
