In this establishment they get upset for messing up your food. Too many attitudes.
I usually come here and the service is good but today, the drive thru line was out of the establishment. I placed my order on the Taco Bell app and decided to go inside only to have the staff rudely tell me that I couldn’t pick up my order and they wouldnt cancel it. Staff needs more customer service training. If I get charged for the order which I didnt receive, I will also dispute the charges with my credit card. I will not be back again.
Check your order. I had ordered the black bean burrito, and I got a burrito with only cheese and sour cream, for a price of almost $6! The fountain drink machine in the dining room is also broken, so you have to keep going to the counter for refills.
