Drive thru experience was awesome. Very nice and attentive help. Food hot and fresh
Got nothing but people who are no older than 20 working there. Food horrible, customer service horrible, absolutely horrible
Went through drive thru manager tried to lie and keep my food saying they don't see my placed order. Went inside it was sitting right in the open. Gave me wrong drinks asked for Baja they give me diet. Asked for sauce they gave me none. Very poorly managed franchise when under the manger that's working today. 08/17/2026 12pm
probably the worst location i’ve been to. girl at the window is clueless for 1. stared at me waiting to pay- didn’t say a word for a good 15 seconds until “are you paying with card or..?” i have a mobile order. gave me the bag, shut the window…. sat there until she opened the window “what are you waiting for?” my drink. and then hands me a less than 3/4 full drink. whatever. i go pretty late at night typically and expect shitty service and a really long wait time. but during the day, come on… is there any sort of training he... read more
