Ok in person where you can address issues. Don’t order delivery. Crazy.
Horrible service. I was waiting at the counter and employees just would walk by and act like no one was there. Waited for 10 minutes for a drink. This was the same for other customers as well. Food really wasn’t good quality either.
I’m surprised they haven’t fired their staff yet, I see plenty of reviews that are addressing the same problem and are continuing to ignore their customers and serve cold food. Do not go to this location, I would honestly rather drive a longer distance to get better quality food and service from this franchise. Knew I was there, and purposely avoided me… This should be fixed as soon as possible or you will be getting repeated bad reviews.
waited 20 minutes for my order of 3 tacos and a crunch wrap, and once got the crunch wrap had NO meat or tomato’s it was quite literally tortilla and sour cream and cheese (disgusting?) tried to put in a complaint through the app directly but it said there was an error….. haven’t had taco bell in years probably won’t ever again after that disgusting monstrosity of fast food yuck
Worst Taco Bell in the country. They have the rudest staff and slowest drive thru. The order is consistently NEVER right. This is right around the corner and we will forever now drive to 54 for that location. This location is just gross all around unfortunately
