Preston M. That works at this location is the rudest and the service from him is horrible never ever coming here .
The people that work at the restaurant are not rude, but very shorthanded. I live in the neighborhood and I usually anticipate a 30 minute wait. Today it was 45 minutes. Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund on the Taco Bell app. Otherwise, if I’m willing to wait 30 to 45 minutes, I will always get food. I know they are doing what they can.
