Terrible experience. After preparing the food, the staff didn’t hand it over—even though it was ready and sitting right in front of me. I had to ask multiple times before they finally gave it to me, and by then it was already cold. It’s frustrating to see your food ready but ignored while you wait. This kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.
They lie about hours, close early, hide in store on the clock, say system is down reboot etc. Trash store, corporate needs to shut it down, nobody goes there.
