Its a taco bell. Its gonna be very good, or very bad depending on who is in the kitchen. Its bad when they give you just the bare minimum on meat/cheese. You all see it. You've all been to a taco bell like this. When they do that, that is what the corpo thinks it should be... not even joking.
Knowing that your prices have exceeded the quality I still attempted to indulge my love of your Chalupa. The shell was COLD HARD AND STALE. And we know that is the point of the thing. My disappointment is huge and I'm Big Mad.
